With three million children at risk of going hungry during the holidays, Glenvale Park is teaming up with Wellingborough Foodbank to help combat holiday hunger this summer.
The foodbank, managed by the Daylight Centre Fellowship, urgently needs essential food items such as pasta, pasta sauce, microwavable rice, baked beans and tinned fruit. These donations will make a significant difference in supporting local families who are struggling.
How to Get Involved
For those able to help, please donate non-perishable items to the collection at Toad Hall Nursery from Monday 26 August to Friday 6 September. The donated items will be collected periodically and distributed to local individuals and families in need.
