The Glenvale Park management company has recently appointed local landscaper, Lewis Cottrell, as a full-time employee to enhance the upkeep and appearance of its green spaces as the development continues to grow. Lewis will be joining Glenvale Park’s team full time and will be working Monday to Friday to support the day-to-day maintenance of the development’s communal areas.
Lewis has significant landscape and open space management experience and will focus on landscaping, litter picking and bin duties. For bigger projects, the management will continue to be supported by local landscaping contractor, Spendlove Contracting. Lewis looks forward to ensuring the development’s trees, grass and planting areas are beautifully well-kept and welcoming throughout the changing seasons.
Speaking about his new role, Lewis Cottrell, commented:
“It’s a fantastic opportunity to be appointed as Glenvale Park’s full-time landscaper. I’m really looking forward to helping the development flourish and making the green spaces here places that residents can enjoy all year round.”

The appointment follows No Mow May, where selected communal areas of the development were left to grow freely throughout the month to support biodiversity, as well as the successful community spring bulb planting initiative, which transformed Glenvale Park into a sea of yellow, with daffodils fully in bloom earlier this spring.
